1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "DongMei", "we", "us", "our" — the home visit makeup artist service operated from No. 192, Dayong Road, South District, Taichung 402, Taiwan
• "Client", "you", "your" — any individual who books, enquires about, or receives a DongMei service
• "Service" — any of the three makeup services offered by DongMei: Pre-Meeting Polish, Rooftop Party Look, or Motherhood Documentation
• "Session" — the individual appointment during which a Service is delivered at the Client's nominated location
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, which apply to all bookings and enquiries

2. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, submitting an enquiry through our website, or receiving a service from DongMei, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with a booking.

You must be 18 years of age or older to enter into an agreement with DongMei. By booking a service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.

3. Service Description

DongMei provides home visit makeup artistry services in Taichung and surrounding districts. Services are delivered by a trained artist at your nominated location, using professional-grade products. The three services currently offered are described in detail on our Solutions page and are subject to availability.

Service availability may vary based on scheduling, geographic reach, and artist capacity. DongMei reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue service offerings with reasonable notice.

4. Bookings and Appointments

A booking is confirmed once DongMei has acknowledged the appointment by email or telephone. We recommend booking at least one week in advance where possible, though shorter notice requests are welcome subject to availability.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the nominated location is accessible, safe, and suitable for the session. DongMei artists bring all necessary materials and equipment. A clean face and a stable seat near adequate light are all that is required from the client's side.

5. Pricing and Payment

Current service pricing is as follows:

• Pre-Meeting Polish: NT$1,700
• Rooftop Party Look: NT$6,500
• Motherhood Documentation: NT$12,500

All prices are in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) and include travel to any location within Taichung's districts. No additional charges will be applied without prior discussion and agreement.

Payment details and timing will be confirmed at the point of booking. DongMei reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable advance notice.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment where possible. Please contact us as soon as you are aware of a change so we can make the best arrangements.

In the event of DongMei needing to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund of any payment already made.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and location information at the time of booking
• Inform DongMei of any known skin sensitivities, allergies, or relevant health conditions prior to the session
• Ensure the nominated session location is accessible and reasonably comfortable
• Arrive or be present at the agreed start time
• Communicate any concerns or preferences before or during the session — adjustments are always welcome

8. Photography and Image Use

DongMei will not photograph clients or share any images of sessions without explicit, written permission from the client. Any such permission, if granted, will specify clearly what may be photographed and how images may be used. Clients are welcome to photograph their own look for personal use at any time.

9. Disclaimers

DongMei provides professional makeup artistry services with appropriate care and skill. However, individual results may vary based on skin type, personal preferences, and environmental conditions. We make no representations that a specific appearance outcome will be achieved.

Our artists use professional-grade products and observe hygiene standards; however, clients with known sensitivities to cosmetic ingredients are responsible for informing us prior to the session. DongMei is not liable for reactions to products where material information about sensitivities was not disclosed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DongMei's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any service provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant session.

DongMei shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, reputational harm, or losses arising from events outside our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Any disputes arising from or connected to a DongMei service will first be addressed through informal resolution — please contact us directly to discuss any concern.

If informal resolution is not successful, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Taichung, Taiwan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material updates will be indicated by a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
